In this blog, we’re excited to highlight Mendy Conner, Hogan Moving’s Customer Service Manager and National Account Coordinator. Mendy has been an integral part of the Hogan team for over 23 years.

Mendy’s Work Experience: 

Mendy has worked in the moving industry for 36 years and been at Hogan Moving for 23 years.

She is a Certified Household Move Coordinator, RIM Certified (Relocation International Mover), and experienced in Special Commodities.

A Conversation With Mendy

As a Customer Service Manager and National Account Coordinator, what are your duties at Hogan Moving?

As part of my job I oversee the customer service department, work with companies to relocate their employees, and conduct virtual surveys. On a daily basis, I work with customers from start to finish on their relocation. 

What is one part of your job that you think might surprise people?

The personal relationship that I build with the customer over the course of their move. I get to know the names of their children, pets, and more. 

 Why did you originally join Hogan Moving, and how has Hogan changed over the years?

I joined Hogan Transfer & Storage in 1998 for a better career opportunity, and Hogan has continued to grow and expand with the moving industry trends.  

What is your favorite part about working at Hogan?

We all work together as a team and our goal is to give the customer a great experience and a high quality of service. 

Tell us about yourself!

I value my time with family and friends. One of my favorite things to do is to attend our granddaughters’ dance competitions, recitals, and track meets. My husband and I enjoy traveling and seeing the states.
